Teaching and practicing Reiki and meditation are significant passions of mine, and I am so grateful you are taking the time to be present with me in this space!  

I am a wife to an inspiring man who is a football coach and educator and a mom to an amazing daughter who is a blessing to us every day.  Our family also includes our dashingly handsome bullmastiff who continuously reminds us to live in the present moment, and guinea pig whose personality is surprisingly larger than life.

I was not searching for Reiki when it found me, nor did I ever expect to be on this path.  A very dear friend invited me to attend my first Reiki share event, and I knew then there was something very special about this.  After the event, I spent months reading and researching about all things Reiki, and digging into my bible to see if this practice would be compatible with my personal faith and aligned with my beliefs.  I was able to confirm for myself there is no conflict between my faith and Reiki. Reiki is not a religion and does not require any specific belief system or faith practice.  I started attending meditation classes, and then decided to move forward with my Reiki journey as well.  Years later, it has grown into such a meaningful and beneficial part of my life, and I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to share it with others as well.
